Cooking with Thermomix: Beyond the Basics
This class is for both Thermomix owners and non-owners who want to move beyond basic demos and everyday shortcuts, into confident, from-scratch cooking using their machine.
In this hands-on class, we’ll use the Thermomix to create multiple components from scratch, doughs, sauces, spice blends and complete dishes, while also learning why and when the Thermomix shines.
This is not a demonstration. You’ll be cooking, tasting, adjusting and learning how to use your Thermomix intentionally and creatively.
On the menu:
Fresh pasta dough made in the Thermomix, shaped and cooked by hand
Silky vegetable or herb-based pasta sauce (fully from scratch, seasonal dependant)
Handmade ricotta using the Thermomix
Seasonal vegetable side prepared using Varoma or steaming functions
Steamed puddings with creme anglaise
You’ll learn how to:
Use the Thermomix for true from-scratch cooking
Make doughs, sauces and cheeses with confidence
Combine Thermomix and hands-on techniques seamlessly
Adjust textures, flavours and timings to suit your preferences
You don’t need to bring your Thermomix to this class, there will be TM7, TM6 and TM31 machines available to use.
